RBCs are devoid of
1)nucleus.
Reason : Because they have to carry oxygen to transport it throughout the body. But when they are initially produced the have nucleus.

Matured mammalian RBCs are devoid of nucleus, edoplasmic reticulum and mitchondria.
This is because RBCs have to carry the pigment haemoglobin to various parts of our body. They to pass through narrow capillaries. In order to pass easily they don't have these organelles that would restrict their movement

Hope This Helps You!
