acc. to me its regur soil. regur soil is a loamy soil which contains sand and ckay with decayed organic matter. clay has a capacity of moisture retainity in itself. moreover with the presence of organic matter (or humus) the water retention capasity of soil increases and it becomes capable of sustaining moisture
