Rules and regulation are very essential for running an institute,an organization or a country.if there are no rules and regulation no one do his/her work properly .there will no peace in country .everyone do the work which he/she likes.Noone cares about others.It is impossible to run a institute, organization or a country without rules an regulation.

Rules and regulation is important because if there is no rules and regulation all the person of country can do any think they can do robbery,murder,bomb attack etc. so every country need rules and regulation without this it is not possible to control or run a country.
