Why are so many Indians against feminism?

many Indians are against feminism because they are of old thoughts that women should not do something or arise in society.
but mate I am telling you there has been a drastic arise in feminism from 21st century

As women is to patriarchy the same way men is to Feminism. I don't endorse both we should talk about equal society , where pro gender thoughts should be impartial. what about third gender. don't forget they are much much more marginalised than women or men since time immemorial.
