The atoms or molecules in a solid have fixed positions; they don't move around like atoms or molecules in a gas or liquid do. That's whyliquids and gases can flow, but solids don't.Solids are usually much more dense than liquids and gases, but not always.

✔️Solids are more denser as the intermolecular force of attraction between the particles are more and they are packed tightly. So the density is more for solids. Whereas in liquids and gases this force is somewhat less and they are less denser than the solids.
