Why are some of these called saturated and other unsaturated compounds? which of these two is more reactive?

Compounds which are connected by only single bonds are saturated compound and compounds which are connected by a double or a triple bond are unsaturated compounds .

Unsaturated carbon is more reactive as it has least force of attraction than saturated compounds .
