Some resources are called non-renewable resources because once they are used we cannot get them back i.e., it's finished and it's found in limited form. They are also called conventional sources.Ex: Fossil fuels

When we take two resources like petrol and sunlight .
Petrol is non-renewable as once it is used it will get over but sunlight in the sense sun is the ultimate source of energy and it is abundantly found hence we can use them unlimitedly.
