Boiling point of liquids are above room temperature while gas does not because the intermolcular force of attraction in liquids are more than that of the gases.

Liquid have the packing of molecules more closer and have a force of attraction where as the gases have a very loose packing of molecules and oftenly have any attraction force. Therefore the boiling point of liquid is high in order to break the force of attraction and gases have loose packing thus theboiling point is low
