CHINA
China is not a democratic country as only candidates from the ruling Chinese Communist Party or the eight smaller parties allied to it can win or even contest in the elections. In a democracy, the ruling party should have a fair chance of losing. This is not the case in China as the CCP always stays in power.
ESTONIA
In a democracy, all its citizen above the age of 18 have to allowed to vote. In Estonia, it's citizenship laws are made in such a way that people belonging to Russian minority find it increasingly hard to get the right to vote.
SAUDI ARABIA
Saudi Arabia is another example of a gross violation of the universal adult franchise, women over here do not have the right to vote.
