why are thé floor tiles in the living room différent from thé tiles used in bathroom

in the bathrooms more friction is required so as to prevent a slip or fall , therefore the tiles are more rough whereas in the living room comparatively less friction is required so the tiles there are less rough or smooth

There is a great difference between them.
When we bath some water still on the tiles. This tiles help to stand. It gives friction. It avoids from slipping.
But it is different from tiles of living room.
