1.Mountain has mountain soil which has no humus and it is generally cover with snow.
2.The plateau are not used because it has black soil and black soil has clayey fine material which is only good for cottons.
3.Plain areas are used because they contain alluvial soil and alluvial soil has a good composition of silt clayey and sand and also humus.So it is generally used.
