Why are the walls of ventricle thicker than the auricles?Why does the left ventricle possess a thicker wall than the right ventricle.

Because they have to pump the blood to different parts of the body whether to other tissues or lung hope this will help if help then u plz press the best answer

Agush: And the left ventricle has to pump to whole body whereas right one has to pump only to lungs so left one has more thicker walls then right one this is the part of that answer plz read this also

Answer 1 :- Since ventricles have to pump the blood into various organs , they have thicker muscular walls than the atria do .

Answer 2 :- The wall of left ventricle is thicker than that of the right ventricle because the left ventricle has to pump blood into the vessels that further carry the blood to the whole body . the the right ventricle pumps blood to the pulmonary arteries which carry it to the lungs .
