why are the walls of ventricles thicker than auricle

the walls of ventricles are thinner than auricles because there is high pressure of blood which exerts on the wall of ventricle so if the blood mix with each other than it will lead to a big problem in human body because this is important to separate oxygenated blood from deoxygenated blood
