why are theatre on the top floor only?

The purpose of keeping food court and theatre on topmost floor is to make shoppers visit the entire mall twice (going up and down) and cash in on the impulse buying behaviour.If it is on ground floor then it will be crowded and brands on the highest floor would hardly see a visitor.

because the theater needs large space,
sometimes it takes whole floor and so usally the theaters are on top floor
