Why are vacuoles absent in meristematic

well Meristematic cells are the cells that multiply and divide very rapidly. So the vacuole which is the structure that is full of cell sap and fluid, it provides turgidity and cause hindrance in cell division because its cells do not want to become thickened, thats why they dont have vacuole.
