BECAUSE VIRUS ARE TYPICAL TYPE OF ORGANISMS THEY FORM A CELL WALL WHICH IS HARD AND PRETEND TO BE DEAD BUT ACTUALLY THEY ARE TRYING TO DIVIDE/ REPRODUCE THEMSELVES....

why this is our considered as the exception of Cell Theory because they are living inside the of any living organism but they are non living outside the body of any living organism they were considered as exceptions because because according to cell theory that every plant and animal are consists of cell but virus this did not have any cell it is non cellular organisms
