well furnished building are better because they are mad2 of concrete and if there is any big wind or storm the building will not collapse but houses made of straws and husk roofs will fall and get destroyed easily

it's because when there is heavy rain all the hot air trapped inside the house, to balance it the roofs of the house made of straws or husk roofs will carried away by the hair. whereas in the well finished buildings don't come under such things to happen .
