AS CIRCUMFERENCE REMAINS THE SAME
LET r be radius and L,B be rectangle length and breadth

2 .pie.r = L + B

R =( L + B)/ pie.r

area of rectangle = L.B

AREA OF CIRCLE = pie. (( L + B)/pie.r)^2

= pie.( l + b)^2/ pie^2. r^2

pie ( l^2 + b^2 + 2lb)/ pie^2. r^2

= ( l^2 + b^2 + 2 lb) / pie.r^2

= l^2/ pie.r^2 + b^2/ pie.r^2 + 2lb/ pie .r^2

ALSO

TO CONVERT RECTANGLE INTO CIRCLE

it should make it convex shape

to make convex shape, it has to produce to larger oval height shape
so circle area is larger
