why assam west bengal and odisha have been able to grow three crops of paddy in a year?

As we know paddy requires as many water to grow. And the states like WB, Odisha, and assam lies near Bay of Bengal so the get adequate water to grow. Also they get that time of temperature in which they can grow easily. The three crops are Aus, aman and boro.
