why babies expose to sunlight

Soñador: Sunlight through a clear glass window has essentially the same effects as direct sunlight on the skin. In the newborn period the UV light from the sun helps to break down bilirubin through the infants skin which is how it helps with jaundice.

To make their bones strong and it is belived in some rular areas that performing this ritual extends the baby's lifespan

The main reason that the babies are exposed to sunlight to prevent been affected from jaundice and to get vitamin d and more ..
