baltic sea has low salinity because 1) it has evaporation and precipitation process 2) freezing,thawing of ice process 3) winds by transferring water to other areas 4)the ocean currents

Baltic sea is a landlocked sea and hence ocean current of Atlantic Ocean do not make change in its properties.
