In BF3 central atom atom boron has low electro negativity so bond pair movement is opposite to central atom and 3 bond pair has equal magnitude so charges cancel each other resulting zero dipole movement. Whereas in NF3 due to high electro negativity of N and lone pairs of N bond pair movement is in the direction of central atom but the magnitudes if N-F bonds are not exactly same.. So NF3 doesn't has 0 dipole movement...

❤.NF3 is apolar molecule with polar bonds.

NF3 has unsymmetrical, three dimensional pyramidal structures, with a lone pair of electron.so the net dipole moment ofNF3 is always positive.

❤.BF3 is a non - polar molecule with polar bonds.

BF3 has symmetrical and trigonal plannar structure, with no lone pair of electrons.

So the net dipole moment of BF3is zero.
