Bhagat singh shot the judge because when the simon commission was formed therewas no indian member in the commission that's why Lala Lajpat Rai opposed it and the police hurt lala lajpat rai with lathi . in the revenge of it Bhagat Singh Shot the saunders by mistake he wnted to kill simon
