why BiH3 is more reducing than NH3 ?

reducing means it has ability to oxidise itsel,that is ,ability to lose H+.
because of discrepancy in size of Bi and H the bond between them is weak , hence it can oxidise itself easily and therefore is good reducing agent than NH3 where they have strong hydrogen bonding as N is an highly electronegative atom.
