why bithinol is added to soap


kitt1: in simple word bithinol has antibacterial properties.so, that's why it used in soaps to kill the bacteria.

Bithinol is added to soap so as to impart many antiseptic properties and also to reduce the bad odour produced by bacterial decomposition of organic matter on the skin.
