in side of body 90%blood only when we get injure in outside like inside also we get pail only

Blood proteins, prothrombin and fibrinogen do not form blood clot inside blood vessels as these are in inactive form due to the presence of anticoagulant heparin. At the injury, these are activated by thrombokinase enzymes of bloods platelets.
