During this conversion The liquid is changed in to gas. On cooling these water vapors condensed into water. Hence it is a reversible reaction. Boiling water is a physical change because when water boils and changes into steam (gas), and when we cool down the gas (condensation), the gas changes back to water.

In case of boiling of eggs, the composition of egg changes. New substance is formed and the change is irreversible. Boiling of water to form water vapour is a physical change. There is only a change in the state of matter and no chemical change has occurred and it is a reversible change.
