Botany is study of plants. Plants need our attention to sustain in environment because modern civilization is interfering with their natural habitats. Just think about oxygen, can we live without it? the only source of oxygen on earth is plants.

Many botanists do experiments to determine how plants convert simple chemical compounds into more complex chemicals.
