Why breastmilk is not satisfying for baby?

Breastmilk is very satisfying for a baby as during the development of the body of the baby, there is a need of protective enzymes called immunoglobulins (IgA to be precise) which is only found in the milk released during the initial lactation days of the mother (yellowish white milk called colostrum).
