In the summertime, the heat is very extraordinary, therefore, the presence of water in the wet cloth get quickly evaporate. Since, cooling is produced through distillation; the heat of butter gets reduced. Consequently, butter remains in its solid form and do not get melt. In other words, due to the high evaporation rate from the wet cloth, butter remains cool and in its original shape during the summer season.
