butter is kept in wet cloth during summers because, when butter is kept in room temperature it melts.therefore in order to protect it from melting,It is wrapped in a wet cloth.the wet cloth contains water, which evaporates by taking latent heat of fusion from the butter and thus helps in keeping the butter cool and protects it from melting.

The Hinsberg reaction is a chemical test for the detection of amines i.e distinguishing between primary, secondary and teritary amines . In this test when we add Hinsberg reagent in the presence of aqueous alkali NaOH to given amine , if it forms soluble sulfonamide then it is primary amine , if insoluble sulfonamide then secondary amine and for for tertiary amine it will not give reaction when we will add aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and benzenesulfonyl chloride is added to a substrate in the reaction .
