why calcium have higher boiling point than magnesium

The metallic lattice of calcium is more stronger than in magnesium,meaning it takes more energy to break the latice and allow the metal to enter the liquid state.you think magnesium has a higher charge density than calcium so magnesium should have a stronger metallic bond.thus that is true that calcium is more reactive than magnesium.
