Why can an astronaut on the moon carry a much heavier load than on earth?

Due to less gravity pull

On moon the heavier load will appear light due to weak gravitational force of moon.So the man can easily lift the object which cannot be done in Earth.
Actually the mass of moon is less than Earth thats why its gravitational pull is weaker compared to Earth.
