why can compost not be made from non biodegradable waste ​

compost is the organic material broken down and recycled by decomposers and is used as a fertiliser. As decomposers cannot decompose  non-biodegradable wastes they cannot be used as compost

we cannot make compost from non non biodegradable waste because all of us know that the composed is made from the plant waste, vegetable peels ,animal waste, etc

and all of us know that the biodegradable substances cannot mix with the soil. and the compost aremade for mixing with the soil to make the soil so fertile for the plants growth. and non-biodegradable substances can not mix with oil so they can not make the soil fertile for proper development of plants.
