one of the most important features of democracy is that each adult citizen must have one vote and each vote must have one value irrespective of caste creed religion or gender but in Saudi Arabia women are not allowed to vote . In stonier the Russian minority find it very difficult to be allowed to vote. In Fiji the wood of a fijian has more value than that of an Indian fijian. Zimbabwe is not considered a democratic country because Zimbabwe election held regularly but zanu.pf party always won the election, there have been a lot of human right buse in Zimbabwe,TV and radio is controlled by the government and give only the ruling parties version, hence these countries cannot be called democratic countries

Answer:

Estonia, Fiji and Saudi arabia not be called democratic countries because they are based on the authoritarian rule of religion.

Explanation:

Estonia, Fiji and Saudi arabia are theocracy, a form of governance where decisions are made by officials who are believed to be guided by the divine. Government officials frequently come from the clergy, and religious law serves as the foundation for the legal system in theocracies. Early civilizations were often theocracies.

These countries are the ones where religion controls the way of life of the people. While  China, Cuba, North Korea, Vietnam and several former Soviet republics – places where government officials seek to control worship practices, public expressions of religion and political activity by religious groups.

Saudi Arabia is a theocratic Islamic state. Minority religious groups are not allowed to openly practise their religion. Apostasy, which is leaving Islam in favor of another religion, carries a death sentence.
