Meghalaya is not called state and real sense of the term.

This has a historic cause behind it.  

This north-eastern part was created in a unique way.

While this was created it was unique in history in a way that the specified and worthy leaders were able to create it non violantly and they showed there wise leadership quality in them.

There was no bloodshed .
