Why can paddy not be grown in the summer season?

Paddy is a kharif crop which is sown in rainy season.
 It requires lots of water for its growth. During 
winter large amount of water is not available. Hence due to unavailability of sufficient water and unfavourable climatic conditions paddy shouldnot be grown in the winter season

hey there,

paddy us a kharif crop and requires lots of water for its growth. during summer or winter, large amount of water is not available. due to unavailablity of water paddy can't be grown in summer or winter season. it can be grown in the rainy season.
