Why can't a mixture be represented by a chemical formula?​

These elements are always present in same proportions ( because they are chemically bonded together) and the formula stays as it is. Mixtures may contain various compounds and elements in different proportions and the thing is these constituents are not chemically bonded together and can't be written as “one formula”.
