why can't i read messages of other while using this app on computer?

Well I think you use site of course. Actually what is happening these days that product team of brainly is working on inbox and thus these problems are occuring, after few days you will be able to send and see messages of others.

Please try using app on Mobile phone. In app there are no such problems.
