we cannot cut a stream of water because due to the attraction between the molecules in the stream of water....

it is difficult to cut a stream of water with finger easily due it's intermolecular space as when u try to cut the water the intermolecular space between it's particles attract each other ..hope it helps have a good day ...please mark as brainlist if it is helpful
