why can't we send msg to everyone in brainly w e can't msg to someone having high rank ? what's the logic behind this NO SPAMMIMG^_^

if anyone blocks u , then only u cant send message

yeah..
..u can send if and only u are not blocked by the users. .............u can send msg to any user u wish....but make sure u aren't blocked or reported
