why can,t we use convex mirror as shaving mirror

you cannot use convex mirror because it will invert your image.

concave mirror is used as shaving mirror because when the object is placed between focus and pole mirror gives a virtual and enlarged image plane mirror may also be used .But a convex mirror is preferred because the field of view is wider than that of a plane mirror.
