2. ZANU-pf uses unfair practices in elections to win

3. they changed the constitution several times to increase the powers of the president .

4. restrictions were imposed on public and means of communication were controlled by the government.

thus, it clearly shows the undemocratic form of government whereas, a democratic form of government has to follow certain rules and respect rights of the public.
