Food chain cannot start from human beings as it is a dependant living being that prepares food with the help of autotrophs, therefore, humans are heterotrophs,i.e., a dependant mass.
However, प्लान्ट्स which are autotrophs can prepare their own food by the process of photosynthesis. So they donot require any other living being to get energy or to prepare its food
