Hello Friend

we cannot see clearly through fog because A portion of light coming from the object gets absorbed from its path by the fog particles. This is called scatering of light.

Answer:

Scattering of light:

When light falls on fog then scattering takes place so the particles of fog becomes visible. Visible lights can't pass through fog.
