Why capillary phenomenon happens in small dia tube not in large dia tube?

You can solve the above question by for hight to determine how high the liquid will rise if you know all of the other parameters.

Here it is clear that the height is inversely proportional to the diameter. If you have a larger diameter, then you will have a smaller height.
