why carbon dioxide is transported in the dissolved from in our blood as compared of Oxygen?

he reason for this is simply the logical fact that CO2 is much more soluble in the blood plasma than O2. (It is around roughly 20 times more soluble). Hence , 7% CO2 transport occurs in the dissolved form whereas only 2–3% of O2 is transported in this manner.
