Why carbon forms strong bonds with other carbon atoms ,hydrogen ,oxygen,nitrogen and sulphur?

hyy.......carbon forms covalent bonds which are very song. covalent bonds are formed because of the valency on carbon ie 4. it cant gain or loss electrons. so do sharing and in sharing covalent binds are forned.....

because carbon form covalent bonds because in its outermost shell contain 4 electrons that's why it it cannot lose or gain electrons
