Why carbon monoxide is more dangerous than co2 gas?

Because when we breathe in carbon monoxide it sticks with the haemoglobin making a complex.This decreases the oxygen carrying capacity.

Carbon dioxide is not poisonous.

Yet,It is a serious problem in high concentrations.
