They people's are very poor family members and so many problems.

Think yourself why do we need to beg?
there are two reasons.
1. Poverty and Unemployment
Since In India there is mass poverty and Unemployment. People use to suffer to get meal. Due to poverty they are unable to buy foods and due to Unemployment they are unable to get job so that they can earn.
There for they send their children to beg on the public places so that they can get their food.
2. Racket of beggers
There are several people who used to kidnap children and force them to beg and give them all the money which they would get from others.
They use them for their own purpose, and call it business.
Children got trapped and won't able to run away. They need to beg otherwise they would get beaten by them.
It's a sad truth that there are many people who perform there kind of activities
